How to Easily Wear Colored Contact Lenses

Starting with your gaze, colored contact lenses can effortlessly elevate your look. However, when it comes to wearing them, it can feel as serious as going into battle. A slight oversight could tear the lens or cause it to drop to the ground, resulting in scratches. It's enough to make you exclaim, "I'm tired of this!" In fact, there are certain techniques for wearing contact lenses, and with diligent practice, you can achieve easy wearing.

Before wearing them, ensure your hands are clean. After removing the lens, carefully identify the correct side and check for any damage or deposits. If the lens isn't thoroughly cleaned, it should be cleaned with solution before wearing.

When putting on the lens, avoid being overly tense. Use the pad of your index finger to lift the upper eyelid and the pad of your middle finger to lift the lower eyelid, exposing the iris completely. Don't blink; keep your gaze slightly upward and place the lens on the eye. If the first attempt is challenging, moisten the lens more with solution to reduce discomfort, making it easier to wear.

Close your eyes and move your eyeballs to allow the lens to automatically adhere. Check if the lens feels comfortable and if there's any irritation. Some slight discomfort is normal, but if there's severe discomfort, remove the lens immediately for inspection.

Without glasses, you'll find life more relaxed and sports more convenient. Wearing contact lenses isn't difficult; just relax, practice more, and you'll be able to handle it quickly and accurately.
