The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather, and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

Return/Refund Conditions
1. Items received within 14 days.
2. Items returned must be unopened or in good condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
4. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
5. The after-sale warranty is 14 days upon receiving the parcel(according to the logistic information).
Quality problems (ripped, incomplete, shriveled, etc.) of the product are found within the after-sale warranty, please contact us immediately and send us clear pictures of the defective item. We can replace it after checking. Please do not throw the lens and lens packages before your problem is solved.
Return/Refund Process
1. Please email us info@eyecoo.com first, and we will write back to you in 48 hours. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason. After communication and confirmation, we will approve the return to you within one day.
2. Place the items in the original packing.
Returning the product is allowed if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
3. Drop off your package at your carrier.
Please provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us.
4. We receive your return package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will check the parcel whether in good condition or not once and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within two days.
5. Refund arrival time
After approving the refund, you will receive the refund within 15 working days. Note: There are different refund times depending on the payment channel, but most will be refunded within 15 working days.
Special Case
- Purchase error:
If you mistakenly order the wrong prescription or wrong color, and you want a replacement, you will need to return the product to us, and we will resend it to you, please note we will charge $10 for shipping
- Personal reasons: I don't like/subjectively think the color is not good-looking

If you don't like the product for personal reasons, and it has been open, you need to cut the lens in half (refer to the picture) and contact us within 14 days, we will refund the money to the shopping card in your account. You can check your balance at any time by logging into your account. More than 14 days, we cannot refund.
2. If you don't like the products, and it has been open, you can exchange it for a different pair, you only pay $10 shipping. No need to return the unlike one. (Note: only one pair can be exchanged)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
